Getting it to you

We deliver across all sixteen regions of Ghana. Delivery is handled by a courier and paid to them when your parcel arrives.

What delivery costs

Delivery is arranged with a courier and paid to them directly when your parcel arrives. It is not added to what you pay on the site.

What it costs depends on where you are and which service is used, so we can’t quote a figure here — the courier will tell you. You pay for the items online and settle delivery at the door.

Your address

Ghana has no postcodes, so the address form asks for what actually gets a parcel to a door: your region, your city or town, and a street address or landmark. A landmark genuinely helps — "opposite the Shell station" is often better than a street name.

There's also a field for your GhanaPost GPS digital address if you have one. It's optional, but it's the single most reliable way to place a delivery.

Please give a phone number you'll actually answer — we may need to call about the delivery, and an unreachable number is the most common reason a parcel is delayed. A mobile money number is fine.

If something isn't right

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, tell us and we'll put it right. Get in touch as soon as you can, with a photo if there's damage — it makes it much quicker to sort out.

Either way, start by sending us a message with your order number. Don't send anything back before you've heard from us, or we may not be able to trace it.

What we can't take back

For hygiene reasons, lip gloss and other beauty products cannot be returned once opened, and pierced jewellery — earrings in particular — cannot be returned once worn. This doesn't affect anything that arrives damaged or faulty, which we'll always replace or refund.

Occasion cards are written by hand to your message, so they can't be resold and aren't returnable on their own.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the way you paid — the same mobile money wallet or card. Once we've processed it, how long it takes to appear is down to your bank or network rather than us.
